Robinland represents referral and partner programs for companies we work with. This page lists every program we represent. If a program is not on this page, we do not represent it.

Programs we represent

Ark7 — fractional rental-home investing

Ark7 lets people buy shares in individual rental homes rather than whole properties. Ark7 pays a referral fee when someone you refer signs up, verifies their identity and invests — $25, $100 and $1,000 as they go further.

This round is open to new Ark7 users only. If you already have an Ark7 account you cannot enrol this time, and nor can a client who is already a user.

Who we are

Robinland operates these programs on behalf of the companies that run them. We are not those companies: we do not hold your money, we do not sell you anything, and we are not an investment adviser or a broker-dealer. When a program pays you, you are paid by the company that runs it, under their terms.
