The Ark7 referral program
What Ark7 is
Ark7 runs ark7.com and the Ark7 app, where people — in Ark7's own words — "invest in rental homes — share by share" instead of buying a whole property. Ark7 handles the sourcing, leasing and management, and says it is "currently in 10 markets and going national."
Two things Ark7 states on every page of its own site:
- Ark7 is not a broker-dealer and not an investment advisor. The securities are sold through Dalmore Group LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC.
- Neither Ark7 nor Dalmore gives investment advice or makes investment recommendations.
What the referral program pays
Ark7 pays you three times for the same client, as they go further:
| When | You get |
|---|---|
| They sign up through your link and pass identity verification | $25 |
| They complete their first investment, in any Ark7 product | $100 |
| They buy one or more shares of any AIDC series | $1,000 |
There is no meaningful cap on how many clients you refer.
Ark7 pays as withdrawable credit in your Ark7 account — the one you create through the entry link — when the client's order completes. Ark7 sets these terms and can change them; the program page governs.
You do not need a licence for this. Ark7's program does not ask what you do for a living and does not require a licence or a professional registration. If you hold one, your own firm's policy on outside compensation still applies.
Ark7 sets and can change these terms, and decides who is eligible. The program page on ark7.com governs, not this page.
The risks, in Ark7's own words
Anyone you send to Ark7 should read this before they put money in, and so should you:
Investing in securities involves risks, and there is always the potential of losing money when you invest in securities. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investments such as those on the Ark7 platform are speculative and involve substantial risks […] including, but not limited to, illiquidity, lack of diversification, and complete loss of capital.
All securities ("Shares") will be issued in electronic form only and will not be listed or quoted on any securities exchange. There can be no assurance that any secondary market for Shares will develop or be sustained. […] For these reasons, investors must be prepared to hold their Shares indefinitely.
Ark7's offering circulars and periodic reports are filed with the SEC and linked from the SEC filings section of ark7.com. Read them.
If you refer someone, say that you are paid
One sentence, every time: "I get paid if you sign up through my link." Someone who finds out later that you were paid and did not say so stops trusting you about everything else, which is worth more than the fee.
Do not tell anyone what they will earn. No return, yield or income figure — not Ark7's, not yours, not a range. Ark7's own line is that past performance is no guarantee of future results.
If you hold a professional licence, your firm may have its own policy on outside compensation. The program does not require a licence, but your firm's rules are your firm's rules.
The kit
A one-page briefing and three ready-to-send client messages, in English and Chinese: KIT_URL — to come
This page describes a referral program operated by Ark7 Inc. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. All descriptions of Ark7 above are quoted from Ark7's public pages at ark7.com. Robinland is not Ark7, is not a broker-dealer and is not an investment adviser.
